  The lowest rate on the market may not be the lowest rate available to you as what lenders will offer you depends on your personal circumstances. The lowest rate today may not be the one you get as interest rates are subject to change – go visit a couple of different brokers and get some illustrations of what is available to you based on your circumstances.

  If you are in the United States it probably is the Pentagon Federal Credit Union. You do not have to be a member to get the loan, but will pay a fee for it.

  I heard this on the radio this last Sunday afternoon.
